DISCOVERY CALL
The discovery call is an opportunity for us to connect professionally, understand each other better, and assess whether we're a good match for collaboration. I absolutely love designing and working closely with my clients, so this step is critical.
We'll discuss essential details such as the project scope, new home build, renovation, or single room, style preferences, budget, time frame, contractor involvement, insurance, permits, design contract, ordering procedures, written change orders, delivery logistics, payment fees, and schedules. Following our discussion, we can then schedule an on-site prepaid consultation for a fee of $600.00

CONSULTAION
Meet and greet during our first on-site visit or virtual meeting. A tour of your spaces, a discussion about your specific ideas along with any inspirational images you have will help our designer understand which items you would like to keep, replace, or repurpose, ensuring the design can be tailored to your lifestyle. Depending on your design needs, we'll discuss, sign, and receive a retainer for services. The following information will be collected to start the conceptual design: Measurements, before photos, color readings on fixed finishes, and any samples you may have for the designer.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PROPOSAL
'll develop a floor plan, mood boards, and budget by carefully examining your requirements and preferences. We will view together for the final selections. If needed, I'll also involve trades in the process.

DESIGN CREATION
I'll unveil the final design to you. Once it receives your approval and deposits are secured, the orders will be initiated. I'll coordinate the project deliveries and trades, allowing you to relax and savor the process!"

DESIGN DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & STYLING
I will be on-site for the final delivery and styling of accessories. We will conduct a final walkthrough to review the completed design and address any concerns. Furthermore, we have the flexibility to schedule the photoshoot on the same day or opt for an alternative date.
